The Old Grain Silo Shiraz
The Old Grain Silo Shiraz
This elegant and expressive fruit driven wine, exhibits hints of cloves, tobacco, Christmas cake and crushed black pepper. Ripe red cherries and mulberries as well as a hint of chocolate follow through to a well-structured and lengthy palate with refined tannins from ageing in barrels.

Other | Our farmers grow grapes on dry-land and deep-rooted bush vines. The wines reflect the ancient soils and coastal proximity for which the Darling region is so well known. In this individually crafted range, every wine tells its own story. For decades Darling is also well known for the fine wheat it produces. Grain Silos dot the landscape and proudly remind us of the contribution of grain to our abundance. |
